• Unique Creations: Every item is 100% handcrafted with love. Due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in shape, size, and appearance are expected. No two items are exactly alike.

• Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to factory yarn dye lots and individual monitor settings, actual colors may vary slightly from the images shown.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Please refer to the specific shipping notes on each product page or during checkout for estimated preparation times.

• Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. stuffer crochet is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address information.

3. Returns & Refunds

• No Returns/Exchanges: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Digital Products: All sales of digital crochet patterns (PDFs) are final. Once the file has been downloaded or sent, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Damaged Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us at stuffer.crochet@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.

4. Safety Disclaimer

• Not a Toy for Infants: Our handmade dolls and keychains are intended for decorative purposes or for older children and adults.

• Choking Hazard: These items may contain small parts (such as safety eyes or buttons) and are not suitable for infants or children under the age of 3. The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe use of the product.

5. Digital Patterns & Workshops

• Personal Use: Patterns purchased from this site are for personal use only. You may not redistribute or resell the pattern files.

• Workshops: Registration for workshops is personal. Cancellation policies for specific events will be provided at the time of booking.

6. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.
